Welcome to Skyway AC Sales. We are committed to providing high-quality HVAC equipment, mini split systems, and accessories delivered safely and efficiently throughout the Domestic United States. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

14-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days from delivery, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or return approvals.

To qualify for a return, all products must meet the following requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and uninstalled
  • Product must be in original factory packaging
  • Packaging must include all manuals, accessories, hardware, and documentation
  • Merchandise must be free of damage, scratches, dents, or defects caused after delivery
  • Items must be returned in resalable condition

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used are not eligible for return approval.

Product Condition

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • Completely unused and uninstalled
  • Free from damage or alterations
  • Returned in the original packaging, including all boxes, pallets, manuals, and accessories

Products that show signs of installation, use, or damage are generally not eligible for return.

Installed or Used Equipment

Once a MRCOOL system has been installed, connected, powered on, or used in any way, it becomes non-returnable. Any operational issues after installation must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.


Fees & Shipping

Restocking Fees

Most authorized retailers charge a restocking fee for approved returns. MrCool restocking fee is 15% of the purchase price.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for all return shipping or freight charges. Original shipping costs are usually non-refundable. Make Sure to Include the Order Number on the Return so MrCool can credit that account. 

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after processing or shipment scheduling may be subject to cancellation fees, restocking charges, or freight expenses.
